The Less Deceived is the song writing partnership of Michael Fox and Jonathan Payne. After creating music together in a number of styles and after failing to get a real band together, the pair decided to simplify things and create music based on acoustic guitars that takes as much influence from Nick Drake and Bright Eyes as it does from My Bloody Valentine and Interpol.
